So how would make for example, Pattern 1 play for 3/4 of a 4 bar then on the last bar have Pattern 2 play?

Or is automation the only way I can do this?

@EvokDubstep You could copy pattern 1 to slots 2 and 3 and then use slot 4 for your pattern 2. Or you could use the midi trigger features that I didn't have time to explain...
