At what point during training should straps be used? And when straps are being used, should the hook grip continue to be implemented or is a regular grip fine?

I love this make another one its great. This is what people don't see, the failures that every athlete goes through every day in the gym to reach there maximum potential. These failures or misses are what push you to your best.

@BazingaAmerica why would you think this is a joke? the title of the video is train hard. If you never miss lifts, you are not training hard. Most of these lifters are training to be the best, so they must train hard and therefore miss some lifts. Every top lifter has missed more max lifts than he has made.
