OMG, I can't believe I found this video. I was on the production crew for the shoot. It was filmed at an old movie set in Mescal, Arizona, just east of Tucson (yes, they actually flew from Germany to Arizona to shoot a music video). The year, for those asking, was 1996. Band members were really great guys, all fluent in English. Not familiar with the singer Anneke, but she was not on set, only the four guys were. That's an actress lip-syncing.
