@robertjones08 Is Fazakerly also a "Town" outside Liverpool? Is only L1 the postcode we are to call Liverpool as Kirkby is L32, etc. Kirkby was the old Munitions site use during the war. As Liverpool moved outward into smaller villages like Walton, it spread into Kirkby. On one side you have Fazakerly and Croxtheth, the other you Have Aintree so it is right in between. So why is it not liverpool?. It is a Liverpool town like all the others surrounding central Liverpool. Are they not Liverpool?
