Before Christie Brinkley, Cheryl Tiegs, Naomi Campbell and Tyra Banks, there was Suzy Parker.

This was really the Golden Age of Television, soo much better than the junk that is on today witha bunch of untalented no bodies!

If you have many of the Playhouse 90, how about posting Alas Babylon? I can't find it anywhere.

How true! One of the first (if not THE first) super models. And a pretty good actress too! She later had a very long & happy marriage to actor Bradford Dillman. She has since passed away but will always be missed!

remember when tv used to not fucking bombard you with commercials every 15 minutes?

Actually, 'priest', CBS Television City was about four years old when "PLAYHOUSE 90" began originating from there. It was scheduled on Thursday nights at 9:30pm(et). Rod Serling didn't write any "science fiction" or "fantasy" scripts during his tenure with the series, 'onn', but when he produced six episodes of "THE TWILIGHT ZONE" on videotape at Television City during the 1960-'61 season, they tended to LOOK like half-hour versions of "PLAYHOUSE 90"...

Now thats what i call classic television Long before the days of made for TV movies & Mini-Series. At least it's a lot more better than today's excrement like The Cleveland show, & Keeping up with the Kardashians. I wish i was in the days When good old Classic TV was so memorable.

The rotating star animation, shown here, may have been the inspiration for a type of giant neon ornament, called a Roto-Sphere. These neon fabrications were also sometimes called Sputniks.
I have many of the Playhouse 90 on DVD. Thanks for your interest.
