With a liberal arts major, you can be a trophy wife, that is about it

@movcrit Absolutley, I blame my parents for forcing me to prepare to go to college. I got a BA in economics, a BS in chemical engineering, and a law degree. I was misled throughout my life about the value of a college degree. I joked that I would go to the local community college and double major in refrigeration repair and quantum mechanics.Who would have thought that the former would be much more useful than the latter? College prep in high school only serves to quash studying a useful trade

@sunshine34ification Sometimes you feel like you can "scam the scam" if you know what I mean. It is detrimental to my well-bieng. Im taking a one foot in one foot out approach and am currently exploring other avenues.

DROP OUT! why the FUCK are you going to college if you KNOW its a scam! dont bee a sucker!! Youll bee sorry later!! youtube "college is for morans"

@penisinzipper Can you build a quantum refrigerator now?
-
@sunshine34ification Yeah. Im going to community college right now. Thank God im not in too mich debt maybe around 2,500. But I tell ya what. This shit is bad for my brain man. General education is just cramming information down my throat that I dont even want or need to know. They force you to take classes that re useless. WHY? Becuase they can make money off of you. College sucks terribly. I forget everything I learn becuse it holds no value in the real world. Welcome to the NWO

america is a debt-slave society. They borrow and get enslaved. Thats the whole point of college, to enslave the masses to their student loan debt.

Yeah but AFTER college how much do you sleep? 9-5 .. lol not much sleep there.. I didnt go to college and I sleep ALOT now :)
-
you dont need college to be a cop, 15 years ago you just needed to be "18" to be nypd. Think twice... talk to nypd FIRST, dont 'hope' it works out in the end.. PS be a good cop not a bad one

@sunshine34ification The 4 year college vacation was pretty nice though. lol I got to sleep a little more.
2:29: "Schools have become more affordable." Huh?

@SimperingSimpleton Compared to 40 or 50 years ago, yes more kids can afford to go to college. back then mostly the upper class folks would send there kids to school, but now days the middle class can likely afford it too. It's still very expensive, but that's not what that specific line is saying. With financial aide, scholarships, and student loans a lot more people can attend college now days. Especially with things like technical schools, more people than ever are getting degrees...

@hooker237 Students loans make it easier for people to get degrees but I wouldn't say that they make college more "affordable." (In fact, student loans lead to tuition increases.) Students can't really "afford" to take on all that debt, whether or not they know it at the time and much to their regret later on.

@SimperingSimpleton You are misinterpreting the line... College is extremely expensive, I'm saying it's affordable for more people than 30, 40, or 50 years ago. College is more reachable to the average person now than back then... That's all that line is trying to say. Remember this is video is talking negatively about college, so I don't know why you are arguing if we agree.

@hooker237 This is simply incorrect. My parents both went to college without taking debt. They worked part time jobs and paid their tuition outright, not high paying jobs either. This is impossible today.

@aaronbassplyr Good for them, so did my parents! But there was no such thing as Ivy Tech back then, today almost anybody can go to college on some level. They will loan you any amount of money you ask them for.... Once again, you guys are picking at one line of the video, the point of the video is that a college degree isn't worth as much as it used to be, and it will not guarantee you a job after you graduate TODAY not back then.
