Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, Jason Kenney announces the proposed changes to the Live-in Caregiver program. In the part two of the video he explains the changes being proposed.
Live-in Caregiver program eliminates the requirement for live-in caregivers to undergo a second medical examination when applying to become permanent residents. The change is a dedication to the memory of "Juana Tejada" who died of cancer while waiting to become a permanent resident.
