A recent report from the Bureau of Immigration notes a significant increase in the number of natural-born Filipinos who became naturalized citizens of other countries who are re-acquiring their Philippine citizenship. Joining us in our studio this morning is Ellene Sana, executive director of the Center for Migrant Advocacy, as she attribute some factors that could explain this phenomenon.
