this song is dedicated to Victor Jara, Chilean folk singer songwriter (known as the voice of the people), he was killed by the military during the Chilean coup Sept 11 1973, before killing him, they smashed his hands with the machine gun's back end and laughing at him the soldier's told him to see if he can still play, which he did...then he got shot in the head...
