  • This is another bum-burning recipe.

  • @bestnetvedio Amma did not mention all the ingredients because its her great grandmother's recipe perhaps

  • @kupidkutty

    thanks

  • 3. Drop a teaspoon mustard seeds n let em pop then add curry leaves, chopd onion (small onions or cookin onions), add the tomato, add ginger and garlic, continue to saute, add one table spoon masala, add some coconut milk, a cup of water, set it to boil, add the marinated fish, let it cook on medium flame and when its done poke it with a fork and if it offers no resistance or is not rubbery in consistency then its cooked, pinch a bit and taste to make sure and then ur done.

  • @120119391 Kashmiri chilli powder looks very bright but its not at all spicy. It's just used for colour and flavour. In Kerala they use lot of Kashmiri chilli powder. Its a good recipe. You can try making it once. You may like it too .

  • Kashmiri chilli powder is very less spicy..and yes, many indians relish this fish curry..Paprika can be added along with chiili powder if you want to reduce the quantity of chili powder
