It's kind of tricky in the start to learn these tricks but "Practice makes perfect"
If you stand switch on the skateboard (it means that you stand in goofy style, while your main stance is regular or vice versa, you have to do a revert, ollie 180 or a ollie half-cab to get to your main stance again) you will get a fakie 360 flip or a fakie laser flip. When you stand in your main stance again and do what you see on the video, you should get a nollie 360 flip.
PS: It's the same on a Xbox 360 controller.
