If the state says he can not be charged as an adult until 14 and consent for sex is 16 then can he legally make a decision about life and death. If he is old enough to make up his own mind then can his parents make decisions for him? If he doesn't know what an elder or medicine man is but claims to be both can he be considered intelligent enough to hold rational thought. Does the court have the right to play God? If not then what God are we talking about?

Tell that to all of the cancer survivors. I believe in the use of medical Marijuana I support the legalization. My question to you Carol is this. No offense, i have never been in your shoes but how can you talk about the patients rights law like the law should be adhered to 100%. I say this because currently the law says assisted suicide is illegal yet you helped Dr. Kavorkian kill you son. Isn't that a double standard? (again I mean no offense just debate)

These comments are exactly why I am conflicted. I will say that in Minnesota you can not be charged as an adult until age 14 and age of sexual consent is 16. God has his own plan but how do we know that Daniel believes his religion and not told to believe. How is it he is told he is a medicine man and elder in his church however he has no clue what either of those positions are or how he became them?

Again, what is right and what is wrong.
