well I'm an Emiratian and i live in dubai and I think the construction work should be end at the end of 2009 .

well the Burj Dubai's Exterior is complete but only the walls and carpeting is done on the interior, no furniture has been put in to the floors from 40 and over, the floors fro m1-40 have been furnished because an inspection was done and the designers had to show a quick and easy example of what the first 110 floors might look like and then the rest might have a different design.
