My shoulder injury at the final rehearsal for the "Nacht der Kampfkuenste 2010" (night of martial arts) in Wiener Neustadt.
After losing control while running on the back of Christopher, I tried to correct my flypath, but had not enough time to get a suitable contact angle with the floor.
Even if someone can't recognize it, the result was a heavy contusion and a tendon strain trauma.

@breneb: hmm - during the accident, I heard a suspect "crunchy" noise inside of my shoulder... let's see how it progresses the next few days...

Sorry, but the labrum always get injured with a suspect "crunchy" noise :-(

Hopfully I am wrong ;-)
