do the "Sony HVR-A1E 3CMOS Pro HDV Camcorder " come with a editing software ? if so, does it work with windows or mac?

Wow amazing video! I also have this camera, but im having all sorts of problems with it. I recently filmed a short movie and wanted to connect the camera to my tv to show this movie. Yet when i used the av cable provided and plugged it into the tv, the picture was perfect, hd etc, but it was all in black and white? does yours do this?

I have the HDR -HC 1 which the sister camera to the HVR-A1E. For DOF put the camera in manual play with the expanded focus button and zoom. To get the DOF move the camera slight to the left or rigth to pull the subject in focus or out of focus.
The camera will automatic pull the DOF effect you are looking for!!!

Ok, is this really the Sony HVR A1? If so, cause im wanting to buy a camera that has near professional quality, WHAT EFFECT DID YOU USE? Please tell me, cause I have to film something in this same exact scenery, but I don't know how to make it look like this, with the A1, cause I see other videos that use the a1 but don't look this amazing.
