Module 2 of the Master in Imagineering course is the New Consumer module . This module focuses on the importance of values, interaction and co-creation for the new social class. In the world of the "new consumer" experiences belong to the essence of life. Besides zooming in on the consumer, also emotion management, creating experiences and relation marketing are discussed.
The esteemed W.F. van Raaij, Professor of Economic Psychology at the University of Tilburg, delivers a guest lecture during this module. In this video he gives a short interview about himself and the material he teaches. It is followed by a perspective from the students in the course.
