Unfortunately we dont have any retailer in the U.S. But I just checked ebay.co.uk and amazon.co.uk, and they both have the Talmeter for sale.

Too bad Hultafors had to radically change the design of the previous version (blue and green). The needle is much shorter and wont last as long, and the flip out tip hook-up solution is replaced by a sliding cover. Degrading a good design like this, will only serve to degrade Hultafors as a high quality brand. I hope the next version will be more like the blue and green generation again. Talmeter is all about form and function, and less about look.

One of the European subscribers to my woodworking channel, AskWoodMan, sent me a 3m Hultafors Talmeter. If I had one word to describe this tool, it would be "brilliant". He knew I am trying to leave the imperial system for metric. This new tape will help a lot. Now I have to figure out how to get my hands on that 6m tape. :)
