  • This looks too time consuming. I made a recipe for coffecake using regular unbleached white flour just to test it out and I did like it, but it's just takes too much time for me to do this on a regular basis. I only let it soak for a few hours, but I'm not comfortable soaking things with dairy unrefrigerated overnight.

  • This recipe is so healthy considering it contains a lot of fiber that helps our digestion function properly. Thanks for sharing this healthy recipe.

  • I enjoyed this video and am looking to learn more about soaking. In particular, for making my whole grain bread.

  • Did you mention how much salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and ginger to use?
