Tricia Spedding, from NHS Surrey's Public Health team, explains the risks to pregnant women from flu and tells you how to get the jab that will help keep you and your baby safe.

"The earlier you have the vaccine the better, as it means you will be protected for the whole winter. Having the flu jab while you are pregnant may also protect your baby during its first four to six months of life.

"So don't delay - contact your GP practice today to book an appointment for your free flu jab."
