Most R&R drummers can't play the real ska - usually the punk style. True ska is very difficult because it is so different - on the 2 & 4 not the 1 & 3 like R&R.

I'm a bassist in a klezmer band, but I would eat ten yards of shit to play in YOUR band. I just watched all your videos, and they are fantastic. I really dug the one with the reference to Thelonius Monk's "Well, You Needn't," among other standards.

I'm glad you liked the video/music. I am the drummer and bandleader of Klezska. This group isn't together anymore and we never made a CD. Maybe we'll get back together if we can book a tour.
