  • Excellent lesson. I love freshly grated parm on seafood pasta. Even my 87 year old mother (born and raised in Naples) has decided that it is great! Why so many rules?

  • This restaurant for americans, and they use parmesan for seafood, i know a sould not but i use it too

  • looks pretty damn good to me, I don't know why people whine and complain so much in comments...get a life..

    yes I agree, but sometimes we use pecorino cheese on mussels gratin with breadcrumbs.
