Nice change from the upbeat version. Beautiful, tasty playing.

This is a Roy Acuff tune. A train song in 3/4 time..? Look up Doc Watson's interpretation of this song. As Doc says, "A train don't waltz down the track, It MOVES..." And he made this song his own. Not to take anything away from Chet. 'Cause he da man!!
Tenessee Ernie had the best version in my books. More punch in it than what Chet does.

Seems like Chet was trying to give it a lazy, layed back feel. Like a train coming down the tracks down south on a hot, lazy, summer day.
