Organized stalkers use the same lexicon you displayed in your commentary....very tedious. The police use O.S. to keep people silent. They tend to be blue collar workers and margenilized people who have criminal history to intimidate and harass good individuals by making them look bad...very effective when authority dictates this policy.

@solarplexusification - Having experienced a vast number of these tactics many years ago, it was the intervention of Christ in my life that abruptly stopped it. These are spiritual attacks utilizing "open" or unanchored individuals to perpetuate fear and not necessarily a mission of professional assault requiring money, technology or extensive coordination. Those involved are unaware that they too are puppeted by what is referred to as a "spiritual principality" in Biblical terms.

Did you say that "former stalkers" have admitted to these crimes? Besides brighting, has anyone had their stalkers turn their car lights out at night? They are so brazen, they pull up next to our house &/in our driveway & turn their lights off. If it ever stops, how are we ever supposed to get our lives back? What is "normal" anymore? What we TI's "need to know" is how to make this nightmare end. How do we "expose & destroy" this insidious horror? For my child's sake, Dear God make it stop!

I live in Burlington Vermont and presently I'm stalked on a daily basis. The police in Philadelphia began the harassment after I witnessed a crime and subsequent cover up and tapped into a bunch blue collar drones such as postal employees, tradesmen and Comcast employees to stalk and spread rumors about me and manipulate/coercise individuals to perform harassment tactics as described in the above video. This is a formatted harassment campaign to silence people who may sully/ruin careers.
