@volcom2003 that is incorrect , but i somehow agree that Max Corbacho created the spirit of Neocron. This is a continuation (2006 album) , please support him and buy his albums.

Very much agree with your point: I have also found that Steve Roach and Max Corbacho without doubt produce the best ambient space, apart from their other output. When it's good it is truly good; genuinely other worldly.

Exuviae, Telomere, Thom Brennan, Igneous Flame and Still spring immediately to mind. All are excellent.

Try Disturbed Earth. Great stuff, not spacy and completely organic (no synthesizers).
