Speed bag with Kung Fu Footwork

Time to kick up some speed bag training with some kung fu circular footwork. This type of footwork emphasizes evasive stepping to get around one's opponent. That with the element of punching timing of the speed bag makes for a great full body drill.

@SihingKuttel I should be around in late May & early June, but I am not sure after that. I am hoping to be moved back permanently by August or September, but I am not sure how much I am not sure when I will be traveling home during the early summer months, if at all. I will definitely let you know when I do though!
