A modern 1965 folding stock variant of the AK-47 with an all black finish. It features a front grip for better recoil control and a 30 round magazine sporting 7.62 x 39 mm rounds. It also features a special muzzle brake that directs gases and flash. Was developed as an armored infantry vehicle rifle and for paratroopers. Variant of the AKM. I own an AMD 65 and have been shooting for over 40 years. I noticed you are anticipating recoil and flinching. To overcome this you need to squeeze the trigger not jerk it. With the pad portion of your trigger finger apply steady rearward pressure on the trigger till the weapon fires. You also need to get you chin up against that stock a bit , it will help you maintain a repeatable sight picture as the weapon rocks with recoil.

If you forget your ear protection, just keep your mouth open, it'll reduce the damaging vibrations to your ear. I'm not saying it won't damage your hearing, it will. it'll just slow it down.

I think about this gun, it is a bullshit!! Not so good, and not so comfortable. The front grip really shit and not ergonomic! On auto fire this gun really shit.

Dude you must have play airsoft before you got an actual gun because you are not safe with the real stuff . This stuff can kill you and other people . Be safe ! Go get some training . It's not airsoft and not a toy
