with proper equipement almost anything can be amplified by stimulated emission of radiation... example, a, l.a.s.e.r uses light, a, m.a.s.e.r, uses microwaves and so on.. from lethal levels to non lethal levels and so on... this sounds like lethal masers were used...

Yes everything you said and is assumed in the vid can be replicated with no unheardof tech. What is hard to do is to achieve a low recharge rate and a way to carry around such high power that is needed. I would love to see what source they use. Also the burns in the head could mean that the E frequency was the resonant one of the water molecules and maybe we have the highest % of water in our heads.

Particle weapons don't kill people. People kill people. *flicks a lighter* Free the particles!!!

In all seriousness, though, I highly doubt that experimental, lethal weapons are being used in any theater. The liability should that fact leak out is beyond imagining. Just look at the firestorm that's erupted over using water and a piece of cloth in Gitmo. Just think about Occam's Razor. Why use an experimental weapon when we already have access to a ridiculously large arsenal?

active test bed...when it leaves aberdeen there usually secretly field tested by black ops. Gov knows theres going to be slight leaks.../shrug. Various types of particle weapons have been in the media since the 50's...

High intensity MASER weapons would be my guess also. NPB and CBP cause explosions......laser energy diffuses too much with dust etc. Maser is a good compromise. Can be non-lethal all the way to cook you in your skin.

Yeah it's a directed-energy weapon using microwaves, but it causes no permanent damage. They tested it on U.S. reporters brave enough to try, and I think the record was like two seconds before they dropped. Same principle as your microwave oven -- vibrating water molecules (which in a living animal causes extreme pain), but like I said it's reportedly a non-lethal weapon...take it for what it's worth.
