@promonument sorry but dubai will not fail that is not allowed the are a major finacial and material support for 44% of the world meaning in terms of UEA and half of workers are not muslim dont get tight oh yeah im eatin pork strips with excellent pasta

As a muslim I don't much care if Dubai or UAE collapses or whatever happens to it. It is a nice place for the very rich, man made heaven I would say, built by the poor south asian/african laborers living in horrific condition (modern day slavery). It is a hell for poor muslims working there as laborers and heaven for the shiekhs and westerners living there. Who cares if it fails.

Economic crisis is a big issue for Dubai, because you don't produce anything in Dubai, Dubai doesn't manufacture anything, grow anything, or drill for oil. There is only a limited demand for finance and other services like retai and tourism and retail at the end of the day we all want things not services. What Dubai has going for it is law and order, it will be very easy for Dubai too move to manufacturing.
