ATEC Air's precision tune up procedures include:
Check and clean out the primary and secondary drain lines
Check and professionally clean the evaporator coil
Check and professionally clean the condenser coil
Thermostats will be checked and calibrated as required
Motors and bearing will be lubricated
Controls and safeties will be tested as needed
Relays and contactors will be inspected
Unit wiring and electrical disconnect will be inspected - all loose electrical connections will be tightened
Temperature and pressures will be checked and recorded
Air filters will be checked
ATEC Air will furnish a total report and advise of any abnormal conditions or necessary repairs.
