It is WAY after the icecaves. You still need to travel through the goblin caves and the fury den.

I loved to fight Commander Gresh (The first Seck that you fight ). Except for those freakn tough skeletons DAMN I HATE THEM.

@MrPyralvex The NPC who tells you that Fortress Kroth is 'right through the ice caves and you'll get there soon enough' ... is the biggest liar in video game history. You have to go through the dark forest, swamps, goblin caves, and fury den first. Then you'll finally hit some open plains and you're there.
