@Latheralius Actually masturbation isn't that bad, joking aside, i've been trainning for two years. Why ? because i wanted to make the most my dna allows me, i've never felt better mentaly and phisically, eating healthy is good and a long lifespan is something everyone should go for, but whithout a doubt in my mind, training is something personal, a way of life, pushing the limit of your capabilities, and not conforting yourself with simple thoughts just like in fight flub.

@awazha i suppose most people do not understand weight and fitness training. Worse, most people don't even know WHY they are training. Training is an exact science and must not be attempted without proper information and expert instruction.

Yea mass and strength arnt the same, but by increasing strength and dieting, you can get massive by getting stronger.
