Old email address displayed when addressing an email - Lotus Notes 8.5

Question

When I create a new email message and type in the recipients name their old email address displays rather than their new email address, how do I stop the old email address displaying?



Answer

The problem is breacuse the recipients old emai laddress is held within your contacts - recent contacts view. If you delete the old email address from there the old email address wont be picked up by the type-ahead feature.
