colours of first three should be pale not bright.. ! 3rd eye is royal blue and crown violet.. just another perspective for you there..

I totally understand all of this, but I am soooo not used to opening all my Chakra points at the same time. Like it takes up soooo much energy in my mind, but in order to live a better life, I now understand that I should practice opening my chakra points each day. So what I'm going to do is watch this video every day, until i can open them sub-consciously. Then I will start to live a better life.. XD.. Well that's what I learned from watching this video.. Does anyone agree with me?
