damn mine has a tubular lock. But you can also push the reset button by pressing it with a stick from the holes in the back. Ok you look like an ape searching for food while doing so, but it works.

Tubular locks are pretty easy to open, use a pen or something, or just buy a tubular lock pick.

its used to provide tension on the barrel of the lock, so without the tension wrench you will not be able to turn the barrel, if you tried turning it with the pick itself it will brake. you can make a basic tension wrench with a hair pin and some pliers.
