@ApparitionOfficial He's guitar has got a built in Fuzz Factory. It's a Fuzz pedal made by Zvex ( I have one, IT'S FUCKING INCREDIBLE) . The siren sound he's making is one of the many things that the pedal can do. The fuzz sound through-out the song is coming from that too.
