My Jeep only came with half-steel doors but I wanted full steel so I sold the half steel doors but kept the lock cylinders and then purchased some full steel doors and installed the lock code from the half.. AND they work perfectly

Thanks for the video. I just bought a set of half doors and wanted to switch over my lock cylinders.

Can you tell me where you found the new crimp on face plates for the cylinders?

Yes! You can get them from a local Lock Smith. I paid $2 for each of the face plates/covers for mine. :)

Great vid, just had someone punch my door lock w/ a screwdriver and steal a bunch of stuff. So now it's time to replace them and this is a big help.
