This is day one of trying to do the right and left splits. (right split is first) I have been trying to get my splits but i have not really tried too hard to get all the way down. So i'm hoping I can get them in at least 30 days! If you have any help or suggestions I would love to hear them! Thanks!

  • She is not trying to show how to stretch to get better splits. She is showing how far she can go down right now.

  • You need to hold your splits stretch much longer! At least 16 seconds less doesn't make any sense.
