@Shinsorataka Had to search through the comments to see what it was you were asking about. It's about a girl named Rakka, who appears in a town without memories of knowing where she came from. She lives with group of other girls called Haibane, who also have no memories and don't know why they are there. I don't want to give away too much of the plot: it's a character driven story, and can seem cheesy and slice-of-life-y at times, but I definitely urge you to check it out.

Think I solved this song. He's a guardian angel who cant leave earth and go to heaven until he earns his set of wings and stops a suicide, but nobody listens to him.
