Was back in the gym last night, but didn't do legs...crazy how I haven't done legs in 2 wks and they are still freakin ripped! Left leg is still swoll and giving me probs - hoping it heals soon! Enjoy everyone! I love the lighting from the sun on this vid! xoxo

  • michelle,would love to pay a life time membership to the gym for you because I know how much it means to you.But in an economy that is seemingly spinning its wheels in the dirt,I like many am working 2 jobs,and with our politicians in congress in political posture mode,I don't think anyone has a silver bullet.On the brighter side,HAVE A NICE THANKSGIVING!!   • Hi. It takes a lot more than two weeks to lose definition unless a person has dieted down to almost no body fat in preparation for a contest. Keep up the good work.
