My 16 yr. old son Alex "allowed" me to chaperone a band trip (thanks Alex!) to Washington on Memorial Day weekend. Being a normal teenager establishing his independence and autonomy, he hopped on the second chartered bus from Myrtle Beach, SC to DC, when I went on the first bus. He had a wonderful lady named Barb as a tour guide on his bus. I had a man named Bob, who was very knowledgeable, but who liked to refer to himself in the third person alot. I was going to add music to this, but wanted Alex to hear what we heard, from Bob on the bus I rode. He did teach us alot, but "all eyes on Bob!" became all too prevalent by the end of the tour. We weren't supposed to look around but were supposed to look at him! He did teach us alot though and for that I am grateful! Most of this was filmed on the bus. We had just finished with Harley Bike Week in Myrtle Beach and were greated by the Rolling Thunder motorcycles that were there for Memorial Day weekend who were there to pay tribute to Veterans.
