These are Black Footed Penguins (Spheniscus demersus) sometimes called Jackass Penguins as they make a noise very similar to a Donkey.

@nocturnelorelei I went to London Zoo earlier this year and the penguins they had there were African so it could be one of those or maybe part of another breed they have introduced. Very cute and adorable all the same though whatever kind he is :)
