@jannnnl Yeah it feels like they are tricking you with those questions and you can't go back to the previous page of questions to see what you put. I prefer paper too. The only place that I know that gives out paper is GameStop.
Paper definitely. I've probably filled out around 20 applications ONLINE for the last 3 months and I've had no luck at all. What I recently found out was that in the section where the online application gives you an assessment 'exam,' you will notice that they might ask you a question twice but worded differently. My friend (a manager at Best Buy) said that he couldn't even view my application because I had two completely different answers for one question. This is just a heads up for those you.
they're a waste of time if you ask me, I've applied online to jobs that are on par with flipping burgers yet their applications try to build an entire psychological profile of the applicant and are just 2 cents short of requiring a blood, stool, urine, and semen sample......all for a job flipping burgers, it's ridiculous and just rude that you don't even get an email saying you didn't get the job, so you're always left with a sense of lack of completion. I hope this trend is not here to stay...
paper. Atleast at some places they interview you on the spot. I've filled out about 20 online applications and heard back from two through e-mail telling me that my assement didn't meet their requirements.
PAPER FTW!!!
