  • so thats a squat heh.. LoL

  • @mynameissoda I do squats exactly as demonstrated in physical therapy for a hamstring injury. Using it this way helps with balance and strengthens muscles.

  • my grandma has better form in a push up

  • even i'm embarrassed ....

  • very poor form. but hey, we're all trying to make it. And actually, the push up would benefit you more if you didnt grip the sides and actually just had your hand flat.

  • @mynameissoda Actually I use the black side to do squats all of the time. It causes me no back pain whatsoever and is challenging in the balance category. I'll even grab 15 pound weight and do squats. I also like to do one legged squats. Both side are challenging in their own ways but I feel it is too hard to fit both feet on the round side. I would not recommend using the black side to beginners, I was a long time gymnast and workout quite often.

  • @mynameissoda i do them this way all the time, its great if you have a strong core. i wouldn't recommend it to a beginner though.

  • the squats should be performed on the round side of the bosu... i cannot believe you actually teach to stand on the platform... the platform is extremely unstable and can cause lower back injury - it can be used but not for squats as you teach...

oh and who says? well for one the actual warning label on the bosu itself... also anyone who actually uses the bosu knows this...
