Yes but I set the ratio for acceleration, thats why it seems to shortshift on the straights

You're running too much downforce.. Full throttle in the esses, adjust the bump & rebound damping, lower the ride height to 12 or 11 mm. Gearing in 6 & 7 too close. Harder suspension better suited to this track, but not too stiff. Anti roll adjustment is important, so is the brake bias.
