@timscarfe I can can do them at 215, I don't know anyone heavier than me.

Immaculate execution I must say. No kip or jump. And a heavyweight as well. I am driven to get this.

Hey man i'm 17 and 165 lbs. I'm training to achieve the OAC which i see you execute perfectly and at much higher weight than mine. I read in beast skills that weighted chin ups are the way to train for it, initially at least, and i tried them. i was able to get 75 lbs for a single. So i wanted to ask you, seeing you are very profficient with weighted pull ups, can you please give me sets, reps and recovery guidelines for them? and how often wil i usually hit prs? thanks in advance

Awesome strength, and he is fuckin' psycho! Reminds me of American Psycho, where he carefully did everything and according to a very specific plan and order. Weighing the weights and stuff, using 3 camera angles. This guy's OC-fuckin-D! Much respect.

@FitnessFAQs
I have a video of OAP on a straight bar but its 4 years old. I'm afraid if I put 200 lb on the center of my bar it will bend it.
