  • @TheUrbanhippy Oil companies bought the patent and then destroyed the evidence! This carburator was a rough reality, but a reality none the less. Way ahead of its time!! Unfortunately, we had a republican president in office at the time, along with a rebubican majority congress, so the carburator idea was scrapped with the blessings of the federal government!! So, if you are interested in America getting stronger and more efficient, we need to keep Democrats in office!!!!

  • I hear people say all the time that they wish President Obama would look at imposing a VAT tax!! I know that people over in Europe like it very much, because it is already priced into the products they buy!! So, they dont even notice the tax!! We need to add the VAT tax first to the products that only the wealthy buy, first, like RVs, boats, expensive cats, jewelry, and things like that.

    According to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), the worlds volcanoes, both on land and undersea, generate about 200 million tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) annually, while our automotive and industrial activities cause some 24 billion tons of CO2 emissions every year worldwide. Despite the arguments to the contrary, the facts speak for themselves: Greenhouse gas emissions from volcanoes comprise less than one percent of those generated by todays human endeavors.

  • I wonder if all the idiots that drool over Earth Day have any brains. The volcano that just erupted in Iceland spewed out more C02 than all of Europe in a year. Maybe they should rally Obama and the Congress to pass a bill to demolish the volcano completely. Instead, a hybrid volcano could be built in its place. Problem solved right?
