you have to way up the risks people die in there car on the way to work..ephedra contains efedrine the same stuff that is in decongestants and thats still sold over the counter you could just gobble a few sudafed and have the same result if wanted but it does have a very simuler molecular structure to meth and other amtheamines and has the same effects if your going to be training and over exerting your self and taking that stuff you are over stressing the heart and well you can pop a heart

Beware of fake ephedra sold elsewhere called Ephedra Extract. It has the active ingredient ephedrine alkaloids removed or it is not present at all. Only real Ephedra, Ma Huang or Sida Cordifolia has Ephedrine Alkaloids. Not to bash or disagree with them but my dad said it was a fat burning supplement which he bought in just the pill form, never mixed with anything and he was able to get down to 5% body fat in a couple of weeks without having to change his diet much. He also said it was banned because anorexic girls in highschool were getting it and killing themselves with over doses. Now, they have synephrine which is ephedrine's "little brother" and it's an ingredient in c4 by cellucor.
