Indie folk darling Jack Carty is hitting the road again, hot on the heels of the extraordinarily successful 'Hope, Smoke and Everything Tour' with Leroy Lee and Jordan Miller. This time, leaving his friends behind, Carty returns to the East Coast with a string of intimate shows in some of Australia's coolest cafe lounges.
Following the release of his debut album One Thousand Origami Birds earlier this year, as well as the launch of his latest single and film clip, Them There Hills, Carty's been ardently demoing new songs that he will be exclusively sharing with audiences across two sets - old and new - during his latest café voyage.
Following "big stage" tours with renowned troubadours Joshua Radin, Ingrid Michaelson and Brett Dennen and appearances at Festivals such as Playground Weekender, Peats Ridge, Nannup and both CMW and SXSW in the USA, this next tour is an opportunity to see Carty and his new songs in a fresh and intimate setting.
