thanks for that some memories there..Anyone else shit themselves watching it i was 9 or ten and still vividly remember the shock i got as that spelck threw up from the hole in the garden into his finger

It was the builder in the wall that did it for me everytime....even when I watch now I think it's pretty damn scary still.

Awesome! I haven't seen this film in ages. They made a sequel called "Gate 2: Tresspassers" aka "Gate 2: Return to the Nightmare" in 1989...but did not release it until 1992. I wonder if they will make a third one?

Well seeing as the 2nd was crap I doubt it....although saying that they've just started making the millonth Phantasm movie. So you never know I guess....
