Lech Walesa in the celebration of fall of the Berlin Wall

At the 20 year celbration of the fall of the Berlin Wall- There were MANY people in attendance, despite the rain. Lech Walesa, one of my childhood heros (Polish political prisoner of the old regime and former Polish President), had the honor of pushing the first giant dominoe piece symbolizing the fall. As a European, it was a privilege for me to be part of this celebration- as a student of Political Sciences, this was an even greater treat!!!
